Are you bipolar?

I have bipolar disorder 2. Cyclothymic . Not as serious as bipolar one, but once in a great while I have to spend a couple of weeks in the hospital. A lot more mania than depression, which is good for me, and sometimes pretty annoying for those around me.
We are in good company.

Yes. But I haven’t experienced any manic episodes in several years now. Even then it manifested itself in a need to get out and walk or drive, because the walls were closing in. Now I mostly deal with occasional bouts of depression.
