If you did, how long was your fasting period?

Yeah I did but it was more than just fasting, it was also a lot of manual labor work as well.
But basically I ate two meals and a snack time between 9 hours... so fasting period was 15 hours?
But it was also a lot of manual labor too, and a change of diet, ratting less carbs and getting more veggies.
