Yeah I did but it was more than just fasting, it was also a lot of manual labor work as well.
But basically I ate two meals and a snack time between 9 hours... so fasting period was 15 hours?

@SW-User i have. just was wondering if anyones had any success with it and how many hours they went. i fasted once completely except for one herbalife shake for three days and crashed my metabolism. didnt lose a pound and gained ten pounds afterwards. just want to hear peoples experience. (to lose wieght in case i read your question wrong) i think it can be a spiritual thing too as well.
