I’m full of endless rage.

I grew up in a home with a narcissistic dad and an enabling mother. I had a lot of siblings who took on their bad traits, too. They all have a conscience but it’s just a screwed up one. All the things that were done to me throughout my childhood still lie dormant in my heart. I always have terrible anger deep inside. Occasionally it comes out, but it seems like it’s just endless. It never runs dry. It’s always there. It tortures me.

How awful for you my friend. I too grew up in a horrible environment. You have to let it go now. I know it's not easy but you simply have too. Realize your own worth, don't look back, EVER.

Change your story. Rather than use the things that have happened to you as a crutch or an excuse (if you do) , use them proof to propel you toward greater things. They have lessons valuable tools contained within them. Use the past - don't let the past use you.

It sounds like a good therapist could be a benefit to you. Not because you're crazy or there's anything wrong with you - just because it's good to have a mental cleaning day once in awhile, and if you have real issues to work on it can be an invaluable tool. Good luck.

Very sorry, I know the feeling of a childhood stolen. I find comfort in the fact that a miracle happened and I chose to be different then them. Healing is long an painful but others have made it and we will too.

I grew up with the same situation, only it was a narcissistic mom and an enabling dad. I suggest you get therapy. It helped me a lot.
[@831314,DearAmbellina2113] I’ve been in therapy for years
