Does anyone have any remedies for toothache?

So my 32nd tooth is erupting through (lower right wisdom tooth) and it's so painful! I've taken paracetamol (tylenol) but it's not doing anything, and I don't really have the money for expensive lotions and potions. Are there any other options until it comes through?
