what do you do when your brain refuses to fire up for the day?

I feel stupid...
...and I hate feeling more stupid than I am on average...

...and some how coffee and sugar just don't kick in today.... 😖😖😖

Come here first thing while still sitting in bed.
Then I get angry at myself and look for the tiniest thing I can do to get my brain going in the right direction.
