Hole in nail?

[image] I know my nails look bad. But what causes this and what should I doo to help it?

Taking a high dose of biotin every day will help your nails grow faster and your body flushes out excesses of it so you don’t have to worry about if it’s too much(but only take one a day). [/c][/i]
