I became vegetarian in 2004 after spending 2 weeks in Seattle and living on a vegan diet because that's what my friends who lived there ate. At the end of the 2 weeks, I felt better than I had ever felt in my life. So I permanently stopped eating meat and I only eat dairy and eggs on occasion.
