I stop taking Clonazepam and it seems like the side affects are kicking In, is it possible to start taking Clonazepam again so the side affects can leave? The pill is (1MG) the doctor said take it every night and it’s already getting late

Is it possible to re take it?
@Painx Yeah you can start taking it again. If you are trying to get off of it you will have to go slower and reduce it a little at a time.

It was my mistake after taking one and stop since I haven’t tried to stop because it was my first time taking the medication @canusernamebemyusername
@Painx Oh so you have only took it once then so far?

Yes and right now I feel like passing out after having a headache but maybe it can be my anxiety @canusernamebemyusername
@Painx it could also be side effects from getting on the med too if it is your first time. But you can take another one and see if it helps. But definitely tell your doctor about what is happening. Wouldn't want you becoming addicted.

Does the side affects end up leaving for good? I mean I had this feeling before about passing out since the hospital check everything and I am 100% good but having anxiety @canusernamebemyusername
@Painx They can go away once your body gets used to a med or once it is completely out of your system either way. You'll want to tell your doctor if they don't go away as the med could be a bad fit for you.

Thanks for the help! I already took the medicine right now and let’s see how it goes after I was feeling like passing out and such from anxiety @canusernamebemyusername
@Painx Hope it helps:)

I believe it’s working, I was shaking and felt like passing out but those feeling are becoming like calm and leaving @canusernamebemyusername
@Painx Oh good. If you try getting off of them again it sounds like you will need to taper off.

The funny part about this medicine it will make me dizzy and I’ll be feeling like a drunk man walking tho that is true, I’ll have to talk to my doctor if I plan on leaving the medicine because this is actually my first time EVER taking any pills because I rarely get sick @canusernamebemyusername
@Painx Yeah I can see it doing that even though at most I've just gotten sleepy on it. Also if you aren't used to a lot of medication it can hit you harder when you do take something.
