I took it for years. It's just a benzodiazepine. It depresses the Central Nervous System (CNS). It's an anxiolytic (anxiety reliever). It sedates you. It might make you sleepy at first but your brain will adapt shortly.
If I take it several times in a row my eyes start having tracking problems. But I never had any withdrawal effects.

Do not stop taking psych meds without speaking to your prescribing physician.

I stop taking Clonazepam and it seems like the side affects are kicking In, is it possible to start taking Clonazepam again so the side affects can leave? The pill is (1MG) the doctor said take it every night and it’s already getting late

@Painx Oh good. If you try getting off of them again it sounds like you will need to taper off.

The funny part about this medicine it will make me dizzy and I’ll be feeling like a drunk man walking tho that is true, I’ll have to talk to my doctor if I plan on leaving the medicine because this is actually my first time EVER taking any pills because I rarely get sick @canusernamebemyusername
@Painx Yeah I can see it doing that even though at most I've just gotten sleepy on it. Also if you aren't used to a lot of medication it can hit you harder when you do take something.
Are you taking it for seizures or to treat panic attacks? How often?

I am on lorazepam for anti anxiety, so far drowziness and very groggy in the morning.
