It’s not healthy to drink coffee anytime no matter who says what. It has caffeine and caffeine can’t be healthy. Yes, breakfast is very important. Skipping it leads to weight gain contrary to what people think and it affects the quality of life. I mean if you skip a meal after almost 12 hours, body goes into starvation mode and saves fat. So where does it gets its energy from? Those tasty muscles. You must have seen those people with huge pot belly and skinny arms and legs? Yes, that skinny fat. Every small thing in life has consequences.
