Do you wake up happy or does it take a little while for your brain to find a happy place?

Everyday is different. If I wake up 'HAPPY' then I've had sex the night before or I'm still wasted

Usually the happy place is the shower...

About half a day

I wake up groggy. After I stumble to the toilet and pee, I'm happy.

I'm happy to wake up, but I need some coffee to get my bearings ☕️

I wake up sad and lately I stay sad
