Do you feel that dieting is the best way to lose weight?

No. When I left the ex I was living on McDonald's sweet tea, Doritos, and tv dinners while I painted 11 coats of this horrible cheap Valspar paint on my kitchen cabinets in a house I bought. I was painting for up to 6 hours a day, and I must have dropped 10 pounds.

I lost even more weight when I was forced to start walking my dog. I no longer had a fenced yard where I could just let him outside.
