If you are a slow Walker's and it takes you about 50 mins there and 50 min's back.

To walk to work where you live so you decide to catch a bus cutting out about 30 min walk does that make you really lazy.

If you are walking 20 minutes there, and 20 minutes back, you are walking for 40 minutes every day, and that in itself will do you a lot of good. If you keep up the habit for a while, you may find that you have the stamina to do the whole journey on foot, or at least to do it one way on foot and one way by bus or by a combination of bus and walking. Keep that walking up!
