That they should find jobs in other places. If you're in a position where your beliefs can interfere with someone's ability to access a medical procedure, you shouldn't be in that position. Especially if you're working for planned parenthood. What do they even expect? I think their religion should be respected and that they shouldn't be forced to to anything. But if they really cared about patients, they'd go work somewhere else so someone can take their place.

@SW-User In the USA, it is a violation of the constitutionally protected rights of hirees to force them to perform an abortion if that is against their religious beliefs. Unfortunately, we have a lot of very radical liberals in this nation who want to throw out the constitution and take away people's rights.
