Cronic dehydrtion

I sm trying to get out of cronic dehydrated at home any ideas how to do it

I did not drink enough water when i was not working and now i am trying to get out of it

@coolman ok well it WOULD be a good idea though to see a doctor as a couple others are saying..but in meantime drink water and Gatorade...

Ok i wii see a dr it is i just dont have insurance right now to go but i will as soon as i get it
