Do you use essential oils? Or do you think it’s a joke?

They smell nice but the essential oil craze was a lot of snake oil bullshit invented by Gary Young who, for the record, drowned his own baby trying to prove a point about how babies can survive underwater with the umbilical cord still attached and performed a ton of unlicensed surgeries.

I have a diffuser that I use with them. My favorite scents are lavender and eucalyptus. It relaxes me

No, I don't use them. They don't even smell good to me.

No, I don't think they're a joke. I have two nice looking aromatherapy misters, and I buy some great and inexpensive essential oils on Amazon. My favorite is the lemon, or orange, or bergamot. The scent brightens me up and activates me.

I wouldn't consider myself very knowledgeable on these things but know that they work for many and have used them.

Lavender really does make you relaxed and sleepy!!
