Would this be a sign of confidence?

If you are overweight and are not thrilled about it, but still accept it would that be a sign of confidence?

sounds more like acceptance than confidence. I think confidence may come later in a case like this - i.e. moving beyond acceptance, into being comfortable in your body, happy with it etc...
