Why can't i stop buying stuff off the internet i don't even use. Mental health? or addition ?.

It makes me feel good, I mean, it gives you this boost of serotonin just like any addiction. And then the guilt comes. Luckily I have no debt, I never spend money I don't have, but I still spend money I should probably save.

I've been trying to atleast buy practical things ex. clothes rather than knick knacky stuff that sits around
