First aid Self Injury

So I have a wound that is almost 4 days old.
It's 4 in long, 2 in wide, and about 1 in deep.
I have one round of gauze left to put on it
Also wrap around a ace bandage to hold on
The gauze. I am now completely out of Neosporin. I have very little peroxide left.
I'm not certuan what else I can do to keep it clean, or protected. I did see one of my doctors yesterday. They said other than the fact that its there and why its there. That it looks good at the moment, no infection at the moment. I'm just concerned of how d
Fast it can turn infected if I can't upkeep tge first aid.... Ugh stupid

If it has the dimensions you say it does in needs a medically specialised dressing and sterilising regime. If not you are going to end up with a crater would or much worse. Dont wait. That will make it worse. You need dressings and knowledge you can only get in a hospital.

Keep it clean rinse with pure water and you should be fine. If you feel any burning, soak it in a bucket with added epsom salt and baking soda (small handful of each). This will draw out any infection. If you don't have epsom salt than just using the baking soda.

as long as its a clean area you shouldn't have any problem with it until it starts to have the thick crust

Boil some tap water, let it cool, and then mix in table salt. Cheap disinfectant.
