Is there an illness or disease associated with long term constipation?

@HelterSkelter1 Get that sorted before it goes worse. I've known people who have struggled with gluten and its not nice.

@SW-User It's someone I'm concerned for, the thing is they are on a gluten free diet already and they're still not feeling great

@HelterSkelter1 Then its not celiac, or not just celiac. Maybe its worth checking with a good gastroentrologist.

@HelterSkelter1 get it checked gluten free should help celiac.... My nephew has that I know it's a hard diet to keep to especially if eating out
