Bellydance and long walks

Daily and a few sets of crunches throughout the day. First one in the morning is 150 crunches then 25 pushups. Then later on in the evening I do 200 crunches and 30 pushups. Before bed, I do 100 crunches and 30 pushups. On weekends, if I'm not busy, I do 2 more sets of pushups than my usual 3 sets I do a day which also means more pushups. I also take a few walks every few hours around my block. Usually 3 walks on Saturdays and Sundays if I have enough time. Now also, after each set of pushups, I am now also lifting a dumbell 50 to 60 times on each arm after each set of pushups and crunches. Since starting my diet last April last year, I lost almost 50 lbs.
I exercise a few days a week when I'm working. It's a service business that requires me to visit places on a weekly basis. It's very fast paced, lots of walking, even aerobic at times. Other than that, I don't get much exercise.

I run 3 to 4 miles daily.
I swimm (daily in summer, once a week when colder).
I practice martial arts since I was 7 years old (that is, from about the last 60 years and a bit more)

3 gym days a week and a few 5ks a year. I’m not nuts about it but I do it so I can eat like crap on the weekends!
