How often do you exercise?

And what kind of exercise do you do?

Daily and a few sets of crunches throughout the day. First one in the morning is 150 crunches then 25 pushups. Then later on in the evening I do 200 crunches and 30 pushups. Before bed, I do 100 crunches and 30 pushups. On weekends, if I'm not busy, I do 2 more sets of pushups than my usual 3 sets I do a day which also means more pushups. I also take a few walks every few hours around my block. Usually 3 walks on Saturdays and Sundays if I have enough time. Now also, after each set of pushups, I am now also lifting a dumbell 50 to 60 times on each arm after each set of pushups and crunches. Since starting my diet last April last year, I lost almost 50 lbs.
