Who here has had a doctor say to you "yes, it's cancer"

Can't just be me.....What did you do with that information? I'm a bit.....stunned. I never share my personal stuff but for some reason I feel compelled to share this. There might be folks here who can help me get it into perspective

I was in hospital with a kid that had it ,he was around 10 years old .When it was time for me to leave i asked him dude you going to be ok ?He told me i'll be ok when this is over if i'm not ok then it's not over .
