Have you had your tonsils removed?

Hey thanks for digging up my question and you did ditch them pretty young but sounds like yours was losing to infection and making you sicker.

@Swoop62: I really don't remmeber - I remember having ice cream and getting a new doll but the rest is a blur

@Dancmemomisme: Sure, what I meant was, they likely took them out as you got sore throats and when the tonsils went the problems stopped. But maybe you just took them out for preventive.

@Swoop62: just called my sister who said yeah I remember - I said was it preventive or was I having problems - her response classic - I don't think we knew

@Swoop62: that was my thought - I am the youngest of 8 and I bet the others wouldn't know either

@Dancmemomisme: Some won't even know you had your tonsils out for sure. Dang, we can't solve the mystery but you know this is your story. make it big like on your death bed and at the last minute Doc Jones figures its the tonsils and takes them out and its a miracle. Too dramatic?

@Swoop62: a touch - I have a sister who if I talk about my tonsils will bring out her gallstones - she likes to one up me

@Dancmemomisme: well, don't take any more body parts out just to one up her but if you do the gall bladder trumps the gallstones and gives you bragging rights. Perish the thought
