@mrmoose I was using that for a while and have read where they鈥檝e linked it to a higher risk of cancer so I stopped using it. Last time I was using to make non-gluten breads.

@mrmoose I don鈥檛 know if I get enough protein most days or not. Am thinking I need more, they raised the recommended amount a few years ago, it鈥檚 necessary for metabolism. It used to be 40 grams a day. I鈥檝e had more energy since I鈥檝e been eating a couple of eggs for breakfast this week instead of having a banana smoothie.
