What are some heart healthy sources of protein?

Egg white is mostly protein. Salmon and tuna. Chicken meat is a good source too. Also horse and rabbit meat. The other red meats are not heart friendly.

Fish, chicken, lean beef (grass fed or free range meats are best for repairing and rebuilding muscle)

@mrmoose I don’t know if I get enough protein most days or not. Am thinking I need more, they raised the recommended amount a few years ago, it’s necessary for metabolism. It used to be 40 grams a day. I’ve had more energy since I’ve been eating a couple of eggs for breakfast this week instead of having a banana smoothie.
