Would people be more understanding about depression if it had physical symptoms ?

The fact that you cannot see it, doesn't mean it's not there and that it is not less important than a physical illness.

It does have physical symptoms.. People just back away from the crazy..so no I don't think it would help

@Underconstruction: mental illness is all "craziness" that's the stigma its been given by people who don't suffer from it or attempt to understand.
