depending on severity, a sling, some physical therapy, possibly surgery. my doctor tore hers playing tennis. she had laparoscopic surgery, and was mostly better in 6 weeks. without treatment, a torn tendon can take a year or more to heal.
Depends How severe. I did that But minor just rehab and rest. When rest wasn't an option I used kinsiotape for support. Even then recovery was something like 3 months.
