A bit of advice to proper muscle treatment.

I'm not a doctor, obviously, so if you seek professional advice, I'm not the one to offer such.

One thing I am, though, it's quite prone to having accidents of the physical kind. So, that means I've had to learn certain tricks to keep my muscles going, because when you are the size of Ganymede, you are going to bounce off a lot.

1) What sort of lotion should one use? The answer to this one might seem quite surprising at first. I give you a hint: it's a mammal, it has four legs and it's not Rocket from The Guardians of the Galaxy. Yes, it's a horse. They make extremely potent stuff to keep those huge legs in shape. Now, that I came about at Noon, about half an hour later I slapped a lot of red (I hear they have green as well) horse muscle warmer on my leg and on my ass, since my leg wasn't the only big muscle to take a hit yesterday.

2) Warmth or coldness? Pretty much always warmth. Coldness does restrict the blood flow, but unless something is bleeding per se, warmth is always the better choice to "warm up" the muscle in question, as cold restricts more than just blood flow, it also makes a muscle tighter and when you get a bad hit to any muscle, which are - as we know - stringy things, warmth loosens them up and thus offers active pain release.

3) Alcohol? Yes.

@SW-User It's not about the order, as such...
