Passing a kidney stone. Any tips for when the medicine is too weak?

Unfortunately, there's no English speaking doctor nearby and I'm in too much pain to travel far.

Anyone got any tips?

Two ounces each of lemon juice and olive oil, taken several times a day till the stones pass.
