@karysma do you live in a cold or warm climate? like did you recently turn on indoor heating? that sometimes makes the air dry and its irritating for the lungs. I had pneumonia 2 times and both were in November of consecutive years. I use a humidifier now if I start to feel it, certain essential oils like eucalyptus can be added to humidifiers also, eucalyptus is awesome.

@karysma so its warm where you are then. so apparently the term "sub-Saharan Africa" includes over 90% of Africa, what country do you live in?

@karysma I understand, well I'm in Canada and it snowed today, soon it will all be covered in snow.

@reflectingmonkey Love snow but the cold weather is my least favorite. I have a metal plate on my neck that gets extremely painful in winter time. Too much baggage I know😊
