Are you on any meds that help with anxiety or depression?

I used to be
loss of to many loved one's
seeing and facing death to many times ,others are dead ,why am I still alive ?
I had vivid nightmares ,reliving events over and over every time I fell asleep
So I didn't sleep very often
Physical pain and mental pain ,,it nearly killed me
but a little lady on EP reminded me who I was ,who could help
and now I only take meds for pain and a very small amount of them
and meds for my heart I've damaged from to many years of never allowing it to rest
But I have my peace of mind back ,and only an occasional nightmare
normally triggered when I try to explain to someone where I have been
so I avoid that unless its the only way
I hate when people say "You don't know what I've been through "
like they are the only ones that have ever experienced loss ,pain and fear

Be careful with on line meds
all I am saying ,hope you find your peace of mind too
