I love food but want to be thin quick. How can I not feel hungry

The key to weight loss IMO is persistence. To get back on the wagon even if you fall off. I don't know of a way to do it quick.

That being said, it's said that fiber and protein can help with satiety somewhat, but you still have to be careful not to go overboard.

@Fernie I lost 50+ lbs over last year. The key absolutely was to make sure I stayed under a daily calorie limit as best I could.
Yes I’m having boiled eggs with salad it has to be a way of life @DDonde

@DDonde and that worked great for you...we aren't clones. Not everyone is disciplined enough to count calories, etc. The way I lost it was to stop all of that and eat anything I wanted in moderation. THAT worked for me. The feeling of deprivation is what causes these "die-ts" to fail for many people

@Fernie Obviously you have to figure out what works for you. But commitment to your goal weight is important. If what you're doing is causing you to gain weight (and you should be aware of it if it is), then you need to change it.
