i don't think it's possible to lose weight without feeling hungry sometimes. if you're eating less than your body needs it's gonna be hungry. it's all about willpower.

Drink a lot of water, eat more low-carb veggies, and don't eat wheat or sugar because both are addictive.

The key to weight loss IMO is persistence. To get back on the wagon even if you fall off. I don't know of a way to do it quick.
That being said, it's said that fiber and protein can help with satiety somewhat, but you still have to be careful not to go overboard.

@DDonde and that worked great for you...we aren't clones. Not everyone is disciplined enough to count calories, etc. The way I lost it was to stop all of that and eat anything I wanted in moderation. THAT worked for me. The feeling of deprivation is what causes these "die-ts" to fail for many people

loving food and feeling hungry are two different things. Eat when you "feel hungry". Don't eat when you "love food".
