@Peaceful I read that in the beginning there i side effects like fatigue, tiredness, diarrhea, and other problems. How long does that last?
Also where do you find recipies?
Im confused on what i can/cant or should/shouldnt eat? But maybe that depends on what type of keto diet im doing?
