Swollen arm from gardening work.

I did a landscape job few weeks ago and when I came home the sides of my lower arms like where the elbow begins were swollen, it went down by a lot, almost 90 percent but it's been several weeks and it hasn't fully gone down. When I stretch my arm fully I still see a little knot. I can notice it a little bit. There is zero pain now. It's just the look that bothers me. How do I fix this? I'm hoping it's not permanent and serious replies only. Any trollish replies are deleted immediately.

Cry baby!! But, no, seriously, have that checked out by your doctor thoroughly. If you are landscaping then you do not want anything to re-occur.

@EugenieLaBorgia No it was a one time thing. I've never done it before and I don't plan on doing it again. I got played by the workers and never got payed. Anyways, I just want to know why it's not fully going down or whatever.
@justicexoxoxo Well, really, it is well worth having a professional opinion. It may be nothing of a serious nature at all. Put your mind at ease...

@EugenieLaBorgia No I don't either because there's no more pain. It's just the look that bothers me and I am worried it'll look like that forever and I'm stuck with it now.
@justicexoxoxo Oh, I am sure it will return to a normal appearance.
