Swollen arm from gardening work.

I did a landscape job few weeks ago and when I came home the sides of my lower arms like where the elbow begins were swollen, it went down by a lot, almost 90 percent but it's been several weeks and it hasn't fully gone down. When I stretch my arm fully I still see a little knot. I can notice it a little bit. There is zero pain now. It's just the look that bothers me. How do I fix this? I'm hoping it's not permanent and serious replies only. Any trollish replies are deleted immediately.
Go see the doctor. Just be sure it isn't something worse brought on by the gardening work. Can you keep your arm elevated? On pillows when at rest and in bed at night? See if this helps reduce the swelling? The knot is concerning. An overstrain perhaps? Something pulled? Go get it checked. And let us know what happens.

@PoetryNEmotion Elevating while sleeping? How do I do that though, when I sleep I toss and turn a lot and switch positions throughout. Maybe that's the solution, to elevate, it's worth a shot but okay.
@justicexoxoxo Pillow, hon. Use pillows piled up. Or roll a thick quilt. Try it. Keep them up. It works with my soccer injuries. It will help you too. Fluids flow down when limbs are elevated. Nough said. Bye.

@waleskinder I think it's muscular but as I said it's only the look, there was pain when I first got home but pain is all gone now. The swollen look was bad before and with taking advil for a few days it went away but not all of it. There are still some left over swollen look to it and idk if that will be permanent. I just hope not and wonder how I can get rid of it.

Cry baby!! But, no, seriously, have that checked out by your doctor thoroughly. If you are landscaping then you do not want anything to re-occur.
@justicexoxoxo Well, really, it is well worth having a professional opinion. It may be nothing of a serious nature at all. Put your mind at ease...

@EugenieLaBorgia No I don't either because there's no more pain. It's just the look that bothers me and I am worried it'll look like that forever and I'm stuck with it now.
@justicexoxoxo Oh, I am sure it will return to a normal appearance.

@Butterflykisses24 No your advice was just fine. Thank you. I will talk with my doctor though , see what she thinks. it's because the place I go to is pretty far and only affordable place so that's why I want to message first before going in or whatever.
