If you found out you had cancer, how would you react?

My wife was very composed and strong when she was diagnosed. She was 4 months pregnant. She focused on doing her best for our 4 yo and our unborn baby. She was amazing. She gave birth to a healthy, beautiful daughter but sadly it was terminal and she died when our baby was 9 months. It was devastating. Looking back I am amazed more and more by her strength and bravery though.
