@Deadcutie [u]Pre[/u]diabetic...no medications needed yet, but a change in lifestyle is needed to keep it that way.

@Zaphod42 even prediabetics usually get metforman to help keep the levels when you spike .. while you make lifestyle changes.. it鈥檚 not like you can just bring it under control overnight with diet and exercise ... takes months..

@Deadcutie Maybe they didn't do that because I'm not showing any symptoms and the only evidence the diagnosis is based on is the lab results? *shrug*
