I think that's like a chronic American problem. Not enough sunlight or D in our diet :)
@Dionysus American suffer a lot from this? I thought it be a British thing since we rarely get any bloody sunshine around here.

Either lay in the sun as nude as possible, or hit a tanning bed. It's the fastest way for your body to take in Vit D.

@billdodge well, I guess I wasn't asking the right questions. I found this, but I still wouldn't risk it. It doesn't sound safe to me. But if your body doesn't absorb supplements, this might be a viable option.

I just started taking a vitamin d supplement for the same reasons.
