@justicexoxoxo also depends on you current weight and condition of the body . Somehow it's need to make sense , what is the purpose of eating only 1000 cal. If you are at the age where your body needs more to develop , you will suffer when you get older.

@Khenpal1 I did it a few times to lose weight. That wasn't my regular strict diet. I know that's dangerous. I did it a few days, not in a row but in total out of a few weeks.

@justicexoxoxo I would mean , it could make more sense in spring where after winther one could detoxify .Otherwise depends if the 1000 cal are well balanced
