Start meditation. it works

Exercise more. You not only oxygenate your brain, but you also prevent brain diseases like alzheimers. Be sure to eat at least 6 oz of protein every day.
4meAndyou · F
@celine211 That can have a big effect. Try to get outside in the early morning when it is still cool, and walk briskly for two miles.
celine211 · 22-25, F
@4meAndyou yeahh the plan was to keep jogging but i can't get myself to start again
4meAndyou · F
@celine211 Just walk. Set your alarm clock and get outside when the alarm rings. If you force yourself for two weeks it will become a habit.

Everybody goes through phases like that. I come out with the weirdest things but make light of it by saying, "Wow ! Where the Hell did that come from ?"

@celine211 If you really are concerned you can see your doctor. There might even be a simple explanation or even diet related. Don't worry too much but go and see somebody.
celine211 · 22-25, F
@SW-User mhm i think its something psychological. Yeah my diet is shit 🤣
SW-User
Diet and fluid intake is very important to our overall health and well-being.
