Is there anyone who knows how to use a foam ball for the muscles?

I have a problem on my left knee (torn meniscus) that's why I put on weight on my right side, and because of the tension my hip is aching. From a person who does fitness, I learnt that foam rolling helps relaxing the muscle. I have the foam ball, so how do I use it for my hip?

Foam rolling helps, but not that much. It's more relaxing sore muscle, what you need is recovery. Doubt rolling would help.

I don't know hoe to recover, my family prevented me from recovering so yeah. I pretty much need to reduce that d**mn thing. I know I don2T see the big pic here but it is better than doing nothing

Try yoga for knee. Youtube it. That might help. But if something needs surgery, yoga still won't fix it. I'm sorry to see you suffer life this. :(

My family is not. They think I exeggarate it. Bu tnope, my pain is really. I went to fitness too and it didn't work so I know that exercise on left won't help, I can not lose right side too!

I saw it on Jim Chapman's vidoe. His twin brother Jıhn, brought him a ball for his hip because Jim's right knee is bad and he puts his tension on his left. I mean he kinda leaned on the ball idk if you lay down on it or roll it :/
