@questionWeaver oh ! Well I’ve been a black belt (7th level now) for 20 years , and I just got my second dan in kick boxing . And I have a license to carry ( LTC) . I carry a G23 (.40) and I practice weekly ... I love to shoot ! And it’s always condition yellow when I step out of the house .

The interesting thing is that, if you practice martial arts properly, you probably will never have to use it to defend yourself.
