Cut the processed carbs as much as possible and lots of water
Fernie · F
portion control and moderation...you can eat anything you want

Yeast, sugar free, that’s hatd but doable, avoid processed foods. Stay as organic as possible and eat larger for breakfast and decrease meal size as you progress into lunch and dinner and try it to have dinner less than 4 hours before bed. Like say if your bedtime is 11 don’t eat after 7.

Chew gum when you're hungry or drink seltzer water (zero calories). Get involved in activities to take your mind off FOOD! No ice-cream in the house....

To start with, I never needed to "loose" weight. I always had a healthy diet since I was very little. Parents were very much into my eating habits.
Well, Mr. Robot and the right to think (Eeek! More rights!) emptying the lose change from my over-the-shoulder hessian sack! Hate bank holdups, hate them!

Stop sticking everything in your mouth adn eating all the time. 1000% guaranteed if you lean way down on eating, you will lean way down
@SW-User For many people it’s less the amount than what it is.

Have naked saunas with overweight people.
FreeSpirit1 · 51-55, F
@Fernie I said overweight not fat,fat is derogatory to heavy people. I thought you would know that, and one more thing..lighten up.
Fernie · F
@FreeSpirit1 omg...are you serious? Never mind...I though you had more class than that...it is irrelevant what term you use...it is rude and mean and shaming.
FreeSpirit1 · 51-55, F
@Fernie who did i shame? Is it shaming an overweight person by asking how to lose weight? Why not just keep the weight on? And thanks for calling me classless, you are a peach.

Oh, and cut out sugar. I immediately started losing weight when I replaced sugar with artificial sweetener.
basilfawlty89 · 31-35, M
Exercise and an energy controlled diet. When I was very overweight, VLCD helped.
