Why don’t people who have lifeless limbs, have them amputated and replaced with good prosthetics.
They’d be able to walk/run, or pick something up for example.
Have a much higher quality of life.

maybe they cant afford it or they are scared of the operation.. or maybe it doesn't actually work for them ..
