Considering long term effects...

is it better to wear a bra to counter gravity ? or is it better to go without a bra to train your skin ?

I hate bras as well but I wear them for the support

There has been controversy in the medical literature, over the possible long term effects of certain bras on breast cancer.

Your choice. But probably it's not always one and always the other. Context matters. But it's your choice.

Idk tbh. But I do know it’s very very hot seeing a woman without a bra 😉

Depends on your size and what you are doing. I am not very big and normally gravity is not a problem. But when I am running or doing gymnastics I have to wear a training bra for comfort and posture.

Depends a lot on your cup size, I'm told. But, if you're going to wear a bra, make sure you go to a store where they have a woman who helps fit you, because that makes a huge difference in the comfort and fit, having expert assistance (this per my wife, who discovered it about 15 years back).

It has been found its better not to wear one. Unless you are over 25 and have always worn one since puberty
