I'm med resistant to anti depressants they've never worked what do I do?

Antidepressants can take weeks to build to a therapeutic level. After that, dosage levels may have to be adjusted, and different meds work differently for people, so a few different kinds may have to be tried. It isn't work for a primary care doctor; you should see a psychiatrist.
