@Sniper ginger is good also. I used a tonic of cayenne, lemon, and ginger, and it helped my stomach and my metabolism in general.
I'm really sorry to hear this. It's painful and humiliating. I have a friend whose wife has severe IBS. I hope you can regulate or even heal over time. Best wishes.
